Harvest ~ Green Thumb Sunday

What a blessing to be able to go into our garden and pick our own veggies! I roasted the bell peppers and added them to salsa along with the tomatoes and habanera peppers. We use basil in just about everything. Sauteed zucchini in olive oil with basil and garlic is my favorite.

Great looking harvest. I'm not sure I'd get a photo like that. My mouth keeps getting in the way. When asked what happened to the first ripened produce I blame the wildlife.

Happy GTS. Thanks for stopping at my blog.

What beautiful tomatoes! I have picked basil and 2 cucumbers but a big harvest is nowhere in sight. Considering that today's high was about 65 it is not surprising that my tomatoes are still green as grass.
